Written test followed by an online interview. Questions were competency based and based on the core competencies as advertised in the job description. There were two panel members who were not the direct hiring manager.

Presentation was "how would you describe CQC's values to a stakeholder/colleague/provider. Computer task was writing a report recommending what to focus on for an inspection using a range of data
