I went through multiple stages of the interview process, starting with a phone screening interview, followed by an interview with the VP. I then had a panel interview with the Clinical Director and two additional team members. The interviews themselves were professional and well structured. After the final interview, I followed up with the recruiter after two weeks to request an update but did not receive a response. I sent a second follow up email a week later and again did not hear back. I later learned that the position had been filled, but I never received a formal update or closure email. While I understand that hiring processes can be busy, a brief communication to inform candidates of the final decision would have been appreciated and would have made the experience more positive overall.
