Nice interview, not at all what was actually reality, portrayed as very easy customers as you were helping with the customer with options. nothing said about the atrocious billing and the angry customers being turned into collections due to not receiving a bill, nothing said about the hippa violations

Panel interview with heads of four departments, all within a conference room setting. I arrived early for the interview and the HR representative was not too late in escorting me to the back. The interview panel members came in slowly and it was a few minutes before they started. Each had at least two questions prepared for me, and they took turns asking their questions and writing notes on my responses.
