I applied in-person. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Cardlytics
Interview
They mainly focus on behavioral focused questions, which is a really good thing. The process itself was extremely chaotic, unstructured, and quick. It was very easy to tell that many of the individuals are burnt out and overworked within the office. They offer extremely low offers that are insulting to engineers in the Atlanta area. If you're fresh out of college, this place will seem like a dream. If you're worth more than 60k, you're wasting your time here.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
What was your favorite project at your previous job?
Interview included three rounds: first, algorithmic problems focused on linked lists and arrays; second, in depth discussion of ad tech experience, architecture decisions, and trade offs; third, behavioral questions assessing collaboration, ownership, communication, conflict resolution, and leadership potential across teams.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Cardlytics (Atlanta, GA)
Interview
Applied Online. Contacted by recruiter and after a brief discussion, was sent a HackerRank test to complete (Moderate level SQL and programming exercises). It has been 3 weeks since i submitted the test, but still have no response, even after multiple follow ups requesting feedback. I would have at the least expected a response as to why I was not selected if that was the case.
