Cardiology Associates interview questions

I sent in my resume, I received a phone call to come in for an interview with the manager and was asked to fill out an application. later came back for a second interview with the director of operations. They reviewed my resume including work history and made me an offer on the spot and later called my references and also did a back ground check.
