Cardinals Management Group interview questions

Terrible interview process - Upon arrival there were already four people wating to be interviewed, (this is always a red flag, as it tells me that you are archaic in your thought process), I was then kept waiting for circa 30 minutes, before I was called back (another red flag - this tells me that you have no respect for peoples time). I finally got into an interview room, I say "an" as there were countless others bieng interviwed in other rooms, Finaly got out of them what they were really paying and walked out of the interview.. It's a classic Bait and switch, with stodgy outdated attitudes.

You are asked to come in for an interview. Your first interview is with the President of the company. He was very respectful, down to earth and easy-going. Afterwards, he offered me a second interview. I went to the second interview (where they were 15 mins late) and was asked to drive from Phoenix to Chandler to do a shadowing event with one of the account managers. The account manager was not helpful in explaining further what the company does nor how he enjoyed the company. Afterwards, he stated that he would give me a call on Saturday and let me know if I received an offer or not. I never got the phone call. Even though that was a default "no", it was still disrespectful to not make the call. A phone call telling me "no" is much better than no phone call at all. Even though I signed up for Samsung Brand Ambassador, it was actually selling DirecTV in Sam's Club.
