What would you change if you were to re-design a software component from your past work experience.
Pretty typical recruiter screening, had good conversation and seemed to be a great fit based on conversation and she said I’d hear back in a week but didnt hear back for over a month and ultimately did not get any offer
They conducted all interviews.But they didn’t even gave any feedback. Many follow ups but no reply. This company or recruitment team have no process. I would not recommend and do not waste your time.
