It was a telephone interview which primarily focused on my technical qualifications for the position, including education, training, and recent work history. Although I was very clear in my resume and online application what I had to offer for this position, the questions I was asked in the 30 to 45 minute interview were chilling to me and appeared like cruelty because they weren't necessary.
