Interview
I experienced bait and switch behavior from this company that breaks salary transparency laws in some jurisdictions.
I applied through their careers page. I was contacted only 12 minutes after applying, outside of working hours. They said that the actual salary budget was less than published in the job listing, and they got passive-aggressive when I asked to explore how I could fit on the team at an appropriate pay level.
I will not be applying here again.

Question 1
Are you willing to accept a salary 30% lower than market value for this position?
2 interviews both over zoom. 1 with direct manager and then 1 with the manager and director. manager was super unclear with questions, even had to say nevermind because he couldn't make sense

Interview
There was a screening interview with HR and then two separate interviews with managers. There was supposed to be a third interview, but they rescheduled and eventually cancelled the interview. It took 8-9 weeks to hear back after being told I would hear back within two weeks.
