Panel interview. 6 plus interviews throughout the process. Recruiter was friendly and responded to all the questions in a timely manner. Follow up after interview was good, no need to call recruiter for an status update
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Communication skills to pass information to operators
Interview kept getting rescheduled 3-4 times and ultimately the recruiter was the one that conducted the interview, not the hiring manager. That was unprofessional and was conducted in a very unorganized manner.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Cardiac Science Corporation (Laguna Niguel, CA) in Jun 2009
Interview
I applied on-line to a related position, and through discussions with local (Seattle area) senior management decided to pursue a management position in California. I had a lengthy phone interview with the hiring manager in California, followed by in person interviews with the CEO and division VP. Neither interview was particularly grueling, these were "get to know you" conversations.
