Managers “interviews” are mostly a chance for them to boast about themselves and trying to change the current role being discussed.

Very Disheartening and Disappointing ... begins with HR/Recruiter contacting and then black out periods(even though they make it a point to Say everything is moving well and they will call you back by a certain date)...many different questions usually seeming like they are looking for ways to Not fit you into the role. Very unpleasant and somewhat rude experience.
