I applied online. I was contacted by the HR team to schedule a first interview after a week after my online application. The first interview lasted for about 30 minutes with the Hiring Manager. The second interview lasted 45 minutes with the CEO and the talent acquisition person from the company.

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Carat Group (London, England) in May 2010
Interview
All the right ingredients for an effective process, but lacked professionalism and structure. There was no or little support for logistics and on the day staff members came in and out of interviews and seemed more interested in the lunch than the applicants they were eating with.
The components of the interview and the competencies tested made sense but the numerical evaluation for everything along with the bureaucracy that is strangling the process is not what would be expected of such an organisation.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Carat Group (Detroit, MI) in Aug 2018
