I absolutely loved the interview process at CarMax in Greenville, SC, on Mauldin Rd. From start to finish, it was a seamless and engaging experience. The communication beforehand was clear and helpful, preparing me well for what to expect. When I arrived, I was greeted warmly and made to feel comfortable right away. The interview itself was thorough yet conversational, allowing me to showcase my skills and experience while also learning more about the company culture and expectations. The interviewers were friendly, professional, and genuinely interested in getting to know me. Overall, it was one of the best interview experiences I've had, and it left me with a positive impression of CarMax as an employer.

Chill interview only spoke with one person after passing the phone interview. Normal questions, just be yourself. Dress business casual and show up a little early, it's a big store.
