I met a rep at a career fair, applied online, had two behavioral phone interviews, and then went do their headquarters in Richmond for in person behavioral and technical interviews. Everyone I encountered was very genuine and nice, and seemed to love their jobs.

Just chatted about the position and different locations. Very casual, asked about my experience and what I enjoyed about the company. The interview was cheerful and laid back. She was late but honestly very kind and passed me to final round.

They grilled my resume for about 15 minutes, then asked a leetcode medium. Overall, the interviewer was very nice, and made the experience rewarding, as it was my first interview and I learned a lot.

Behavioral questions are standard STAR. Technical questions focused on OOO and 1 very easy coding problem. Study OOO and be prepared to answer questions such as "what is your hardest project to date?"
