Phone interview, then in person, Cliche "tell me about a time when you....." questions.... drug test on site. Honestly if you have a pulse you will get this job. They are desperate for people because the work environment and culture is terrible like high schoolers. Gossip, drama. Baaaaaad.

Interview
I did not get the chance to interview. My recruiter reached out at 7:30am asking to schedule for 10am. I did not confirm I was available but received a phone call anyway, which I missed because I was not expecting it. I have reached out for another opportunity to interview and reapplied but have not had any helpful communication since.

Interview
Very lengthy, after two phone interviews, a follow up interview, and multi person interview plus assessment to see if you fit their personality type the whole process took over a month from first phone interview to actually becoming an employee.
