Interview

Several interviews with various folks--pretty standard until the last day. The final day I was there all day long doing back-to-back interviews with 8 different people from various departments. At the end of the day I had to make a 20 minute presentation to 20 people on a topic of my choosing.

Pretty standard process. Mine started with an initial phone screening. From there it moved to a group interview with a group of immediate (potential team members). After that I moved to an in-person, full day interview with a variety of team members -- including various VPs and the CEO.

Got an interview through a connection. Had the first screening with the Director of Inside Sales then a 3-4 hour set of interviews with one of the Inside Sales Reps and remote SDRs, and the Director of Inside Sales again. Then had to do a ten minute presentation on a hobby.
