I could tell from the interview process that the recruitment team works hard to find candidates that will fit well within our team and will feel that they are learning new skills everyday. There are three parts to this interview process: 1) Phone Screening 2) In-Person Interview 3) Skills Test and Final Interview . As long as you are true to yourself and your abilities, this will be a simple interview process. It is great that Capitol Debate invests a lot of time towards recruitment for HQ and Summer Staff.
