Dear, we are sorry to read that you had an unpleasant experience when applying at CFM.
Our process involves indeed at lot of people as we want to ensure the fit with the company culture on both sides and also that all the questions you may have are covered. We think that spending time in the recruitment process can ensure that there is a match between the candidate’s expectations and ours, so that people, if hired, can stay for a long time at CFM.
I am sorry if you felt that the persons you met haven’t studied your profile enough beforehand, it is really not what we want to reflect. On the contrary, we would like every candidate to feel valued even if at the end of the process they do not receive an offer.
