not very difficult, pretty easy going. Need to ask lots of questions and be prepared to answer why you want to work for them. They have a lot of turnover because people wash out quickly.
I applied in-person. I interviewed at Capital Financial Group
Interview
Had three interviews with 2 managers/advisors. They were friendly and very informative. The 3rd interview was mostly about benefits and compensation. The first two interviews where more "get to know you/get to know us" talks.

Question 1
Tell me about yourself? Where do you see yourself in 5 years? In ten years? Tell me something interesting about you. Why did you leave your last job?
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Capital Financial Group (Nashville, TN) in May 2016
Interview
The process was very straight forward and simple. The interviewers were very flexible to my schedule and made accommodations on multiple occasions. During the first interview I was told how the process worked. After I had gone through the interview process and was offered a job, they worked with me to figure out when a good start date was. Over all a great experience.
