Submitted resume through college alumni network. I was contacted about 2 weeks later and was invited to interview in person. Interviewed with one person from HR and one person from the division I'd be working in. Received email about 2 weeks later saying they had not selected me for the position. 2nd interviewer seemed very disinterested with the interview.
