I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Capgemini in Apr 2025
Interview
The interviewers were professional. Asked good questions and conversations were friendly.
Total interview - 4 rounds, I got email to submit my documents after 2 rounds, it was confusing as I wasn't sure if I will be selected - i had 2 more interviews pending, including client interview.
Also, I am dissatisfied by the communication process after all the 4 interviews rounds were done - no one confirmed if I was selected and the person I worked with regarding salary and offer letter discussion was not clear about it. It was a very tensive process until I got the offer letter. I had actually lost hope that I would receive the offer.
