Got a call from the Capgemini recruiter for a Senior SAP ABAP Software Developer position.It was a walk-in where there were many candidates. All of us had an Online Test at the company. Those who cleared the test had an immediate interview with the Manager over the phone. After clearing the managerial round, had a discussion with the HR. After a few days,the Offer Letter was released.
The recruitment process was professional and comprehensive. It began with an HR screening, followed by two technical rounds focused on .NET internals and system design. The first round covered C# advanced features and ASP.NET Core, while the second round focused on microservices architecture, SQL optimization, and design patterns.
