I applied through other source. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Capgemini (Mumbai) in Oct 2025
Interview
The interview process was surprisingly grueling for what is considered a low-paying position. It involved multiple rounds, starting with an online assessment that had a very difficult coding question. This was followed by two back-to-back technical interviews that delved deep into complex algorithms and data structures, far beyond what I expected for this level. The difficulty felt misaligned with the compensation offered for the role.
I was very smooth. The interviewer was very friendly and supportive. But I did not get selected. I thought my interview went well.
The questions were also very interesting and thoughtworthy. I didn't get selected, but I understood what I was lacking and started practicing.
