There was a recorded Virtual Interview and then a scheduled in-person with managing attorney. Good communication with the recruiter. Offer was made within a week of completing the in-person interview.

Interview
Capcenter has at least three levels of interviewing, including a solo part where you upload short answers to a prompt. There as also an aptitude test. The process seemed a bit long and didn't offer feedback after making it to the final round.
