Canopy Support Services interview questions

The initial process was fantastic and HR was very responsive. There was a behaviour test, phone interview, timed knowledge test, followed by a panel interview. I had never had such a lengthy process but I felt good about my interview! They said at the end of the interview they would let me know either way within 10-14 days. Its been a few months and I never heard a thing. I sent a few follow up emails and then gave up, completely ghosted. Definitely left a bad taste for the organization. Please do better.
