The interview process spanned just three rounds within a week. A phone screen, a pairing exercise with a senior contributor, and a 2.5-hour virtual onsite session, which included a code review, another pairing exercise, a mock design review session, and a Q&A with the hiring team. While the recruiter appeared to try to bu time to close the loop with other candidates, the interviewers were incredibly helpful and made the process feel refreshingly conversational. They truly simulated the team’s dynamics and typical workday interactions, and built a great pipeline for getting a feel of what it's like working with the hiring team
