This was the worst interviewing process I have ever participated. It is very impersonal and in any moment they try to engage the candidate into the process. You will have the chance to talk to a person only after responding to a long questionnaire of irrelevant questions, such as "What were your best subjects at high school" and after completing a psychometric assessment. After dedicating some hours on it, I got an automatic rejection message. As a professional in the recruitment area, I am outraged by companies that do not respect the hours invested by candidates in the selection processes. This demonstrates why the company has such a low rating on the interviewing process.
