I applied through university. I interviewed at CannonDesign in Feb 2016
Interview
Very pleasant, down to earth, insightful questions. The interview as a whole felt pretty conversational while still productive. Knowing Revit was definitely a plus. Left the interview feeling very confident and asked when I could start. However, did not hear a word after following up. No returns to phone calls, not responses to emails. Felt very misled and left hanging after a stellar interview.

Question 1
How would you approach a design problem? How do you operate on a project team?
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at CannonDesign (Mumbai)
Interview
I thought the interview result was pre decided and they were not actually looking to hire at that time. As I have substantial experience in residential and commercial projects the interviewer was not ready to accept that I want to explore into healthcare deign. I thought that was demotivating.
Also one of my other colleague experience was bad as they took very long to even respond.

Question 1
Why do you want to do something that you have not done earlier? (Not the exact words))
I felt like I was being pushed around to different people. It was not welcoming and instead felt like I was being shown every reason not to work there. It was a waste of my time.

Question 1
Where do you see design going in the next 10 years?
The interview process went really well and most of the questions are based on the experience that I have acquired. And they gave enough time to answer the question. Some questions are based on Revit and how do I use Revit in a project.
