(The answer to 'interview difficulty' is really "Completely Unfair, and Hostile") .. - Had verbal job offer (said yes) five days ... Their driver hiring is a PROBLEM. Omg .. Stay away! Applied at the Concord store, for second job, to make a few extra bucks. ____, on Thursday was nice, in the interview ... We agreed, on a couple things .. He extended verbal offer. Monday I was to go and see _______, to sign for my background check and do drug test. .. which I did. ... On Thursday interview I said I'm a "good driver, with a good record." - which I am. I was NOT ASKED about past traffic tickets. .. Next thing I go in, yesterday, to start paperwork, and they're making a huge deal saying "We have several pages of your driving record ... " -- I would NEVER HAVE SIGNED A BACKGROUND CHECK, for them to do, if I knew they do this ... which this is what they did: First ... If you've ever driven in Concord, and Charlotte - you know you totally don't have to have done anything wrong to get pulled over and issued a ticket. The couple times I happened to have - they were bogus - I went to court and beat them. Anyway Cannon Pharmacy, in Concord doesn't look at your at-the-DMV driving record {Like any normal person would think} - These psychos did a courthouse records check. (My two or three tickets, I've had in this state were DISMISSED - not they let me off with just the fine, or anything like that .. These people [btw _______, who I met on Monday ~ NOT at the same time as manager ____ ~ Definitely had something to do with how horribly I was treated] have SOMEHOW FORGOT that a written ticket - red light or speeding, or supposedly driving with suspended license - is just an ACCUSATION .. It doesn't mean it's true! In the middle of this flat-out lecturing me about I claimed I'm a good driver but I'm not - I told them what for, stood up and walked out. .. They lost a future asset, to their store. They should be focused on your driving record, i.e. points on your license (which is 0) .. Not playing these little Cloak and Dagger games, about "Hey says here you were written for 5 over!" .. or "Whoa 9 years ago, in another state, it says you ran a red!" (Judge only assessed 1/2 the points; i.e. DIDN'T THINK he's a terrible driver, but we'll ignore that). ... I have all this documented. But yeah if you want to drive, and deliver scripts .. or if you have any self-esteem, whatsoever - Avoid. \ A 'Background Check' is to check for convictions. ... The written ticket is not a conviction, of the alleged offense.
