There was a telephone interview, a technical test and a face to face. Everyone seemed quite friendly and positive at the time however after the interview I received no feedback positive, negative or otherwise. Having had a three stage interview I would expect an update even if it were to say I was unsuccessful. The long delays and lack of response were unprofessional and a poor reflection on the business.
