Email from HR to setup initial discovery call. The call was preliminary and covered my skills and salary expectations.
This was followed by virtual interview with a panel of three. Questions were thorough, well throughout out, contained context, and allowed me time to think before forming my response.
I found out that I got the job over the phone.

Our organization strives to break down silos and work across multiple teams. Explain a time when you needed to do this for a project and how you managed it.

It was a phone call. It war really difficult to catch questions because of the noise on that side. It wasn't a discussion at all. It was like I was talking to a robot. I didn't enjoy it at all.
