Contacted me about a month after I applied for an initial interview, and everything seemed normal. Asked me for salary expectations. Contacted me a couple weeks after that for a follow up interview. Then during the interview revealed that they were interviewing me for a different position than the one I applied for. I applied for full time and they offered me an at-will position depending on the projects available each week. Laughed at me when I asked for clarification. Brought up additional minimum qualifications that were not listed on the job ad, and blindsided me with questions about them.
