The Executive Director usually conducts the interviews, sometimes accompanied by another staff member. Formerly, She worked in HR and will ask behavioral questions. Be prepared to answer such things as how you manage multiple demands on your time, describe your experience organizing meetings, Share two major accomplishments (should be organizational in nature or involve quality of writing skills), tell about a time when lack of attention to detail caused a problem (should stress your priority to being detail oriented and your experience in that environment), what motivates you, what are your strengths and what are areas where you could improve.

How would you proceed if you were tasked with coordinating a meeting from Calgary for 20 people travelling from across Canada to Toronto?
