There is also a part when you have to show your requirements gathering skills during the interview when they play the role of Clients and you ask your questions to clarify business need

Interview
The interview was very relaxed with the Director of IT. He asked me questions about my Case Management (CM) background as well as my experience with Benefits. I informed him that I had 15 years experience in the CM as well as granting benefits to employees according to their specific company policy.
