It was quite simple and quick. level 1 and then level 2 both virtually . Level 1 with recruiter and level 2 with recruiter and two operational directors. Then references and paperwork etc.

Ils utilisent une grille de question avec pointage ce que je trouve plutôt ancien comme méthode. Si les mots utilisés pour décrire une situation ou l'action prise en lien avec une situation ne figurent pas dans la grille de pointage, il est fort possible d'échouer l'entrevue.
Aussi, il y a beaucoup de mises en situation très spécifiques à Postes Canada utilisées comme questions lors de l'entretien. Les gens venant de l'extérieur pourraient avoir de la difficulté à se projeter correctement dans les mises en situation décrites.
