Interview
Phone screen, followed by skills test (basic CAD and 20 multiple choice basic industrial engineering questions based on cycle time, averages, simple excel calculations, etc), and finally an interview with HR and two managers.

STAR based. Some questions: Tell us about a time you had to get creative in order to influence others. What kind of analysis have you done in the past before making a decision.
Received an email and an online interview composed of 5 questions asked. There was two interviewers - HR and the hiring manager. Overall pretty easy interview and prompt responses from their team.

Interview
Technical exam, followed by behavior questions. The over all process was professional, managers and HR showed great effort in facilitating the overall interview process.
The gap between interviews could be long.
