Interview
The staff on campus live their life with the students who show interest in joining the team. They hire from within their ministry to fill positions and grow the ministry. It would be very difficult for someone who was not discipled by a staff member to accept a position as Campus Staff
They consider your life, character, and Christian growth as they've seen it in the ministry to be the main qualifier for ministry. The interview process is largely to help clarify if this unique role would be a good fit.
