I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Campus Marketing Agency
Interview
I had 2 interviews. They went really well. The questions were easy. The conversation was very comfortable. I was a little nervous at the beginning but wasn't nervous soon after.

Question 1
They asked me about all of the activities I did at college.
The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Campus Marketing Agency (Toronto, ON) in Nov 2009
Interview
The interview process went smoothly until halfway through the interview, I was told to look at the product that I would be working on if hired. This was fine because it suggested I would be hired.
The position was an internship which means relatively low pay which would have been if not for the fact that the employer did not want to negotiate about the pay properly and kept repeating that it would be low pay and that we would come to arrangement later.
However, the employer took this to mean that I was basically hired already. No contract had been signed or anything and after the interview I said I would consider the offer.
I was later emailed to arrange a meeting so that I could start work. Unfortunately, the employer was apparently too busy to write up a contract! I am still not an employee and am not obligated to do any work for the employer, but I was still informed that I should show up the next day in order to start work and that we would discuss the contract in person.
The office place was very high-end and very clean with very very expensive computer equipment (top of the line iMacs and a huge screen TV in the meeting room). It was fairly open concept with a few private areas. With all this high-end equipment you would think that they could pay a decent wage for a programmer and that they could afford to have the time to write up an employment contract.
