Invited to an introductory video call with an HR person about 1 month after application. Call went over resume and behavioral questions. Waited about 2 weeks to hear result. Further process included interviews with team members.
interview with manager, 30 min call. simple questions about resume and why camping world, what you want in the future, 5 year goal, manager wasn't the friendliest but nice still.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Camping World (Lincolnshire, IL) in May 2024
Interview
It was very great process until it was not! After 3 interviews I got ghosted and the super responsive recruiter who would answer phone on weekends and answer email in a matter of hours, ceased any form of communication.
Totally unexpected!
