Interview process is pretty easy, you make an appointment with the owner of the camp, after meeting and explaining why you want the job she'll tell you if she wants you to work there or not.

Question 1
The job involves a lot of walking and multitasking. You have a large amount of area to cover. The owner will probably ask if you've ever worked with kids or had experience working at a camp before, if not its fine, as long as she's still looking for employees for the job, its fine.
