Camp Ondessonk interview questions

Phone call, then met in person to discuss qualifications to get to know me. Was a very simple process and are more interested in getting to know you than intimidating you. Also it was an on-site interview so it really prepares you for the summer, and helps to gain perspective of what being a camp counselor is all about.
