Panel interview with two Senior staff. I was provided with a task that I had to complete and explain what solutions I had come to. One of the panellists was friendly whilst the other was very unwelcoming, rude and blunt. The role paid below living wage.

Was asked to carry out a written task before being asked to interview. The written task involved research and proposal writing, and they gave feedback after both parts of the recruitment process, including after a rejection which was much appreciated.
