Normal procedure with two person panel. Took turns asking questions and answering questions I posed. Was laid back approach but questions may be difficult to answer for someone without a lot of support experience. Interviewers didn’t give much away, interviewed on the Tuesday and heard back the next day! (As all interviews were completed the day I went)

The interview process was okay. I was interviewed by two staff. They asked about ofsted, their role. They also asked about safeguarding. The interview lasted for 30 to 45 minutes.

They are so desperate for staff, they will hire you no matter how poorly you do at interview. They ask about any experience you have, your employment history and how you would handle certain situations.
