Interviewed with everyone I will work with...from Direct Management to Product Leaders. This gave me a good understanding of my role with the team. Interviews were efficient and focused and balanced my opportunity to ask questions with information I provided on my skills and experience.

Very thorough and transparent. Process was people oriented really gauging how/if there is a cultural fit. They ask SBOs type questions but ultimately want to understand how you would align with orgs values.
