Interview
There is a basic initial interview, to clear you for the program, followed by at least one position-specific interview to find the best placement for you out of the different local organizations and agencies.

Question 1
Name a time where you planned an event and demonstrated initiative.
The interview process included three interviews, first with CCAC staff and then with project placement site supervisors. It was relatively short and painless, though they took quite a while to get back to me after the interview.
