Fair process and responsive timeline, all interviews were in person. The questions about previous experience and why applying at CRLA. The entire team was involved and you field questions from different team members. There's questions in Spanish too for language proficiency.

Skype interview. Panel of 4 people. Applied through job fair. They took about a month to request a second interview after the initial interview. Was contacted by HR and then connected to the specific office that was interested in hiring me.

Asked me a question to answer in Spanish that had nothing to do with the job and was vocabulary that I never use. They wanted a bilingual Spanish speaker; not just someone with an upper-intermediate level of Spanish.
