Situational Questions,. Pretty straight forward, friendly interview. Professional and pretty inviting. As long as you are yourself, you should be fine! Should also understand a basic understanding of mental health.

They do finger printing and background check. Ask you why you want to work in the mental health field and why you could make difference. what is the difference a disillusion and a hallucination? Can work grave yard for more money.
