Three women gave me an interview, reading questions off a list. I had 45 minutes to answer seven questions, mostly about customer service and handling documents. After their questions (which they couldn't elaborate or ask any more questions on), I asked about six or seven questions on when they expected to make an offer, probationary period, and training.

I got a call 3 weeks after applying and got notified I would have an interview the next week. They provide you more information on how the interview process will be. This information can be found in a follow up email after your call confirming you have been selected for the interview process.
