Cali Press interview questions

Had a chat with the manager about my experience, and what I want from the role. Then had a 30 minute trial shift, where I was taking orders. Job offered the job on the following working day, and started the day after.

Great interview with really good people. They set realistic expectations of the job and how you can get to the next level. Felt like they were open about the (then) current circumstances of the cafe in question, and what needs improvement. Fantastic experience!
