CalAtlantic interview questions

Had an phone interview with a sales manager first followed by an in person informal interview. I took an assessment before moving on to the next step, which was sales/personality related. After making it through the first interview I then met with the other sales manager alongside the VP of Sales for a more formal interview in the office.

Multiple phone interviews in addition to 3 meetings with partner staff on top of a personality test? Total time spent in the process was upwards of 10 hours spanning 5 days.
